- Understanding and appreciation of the contractual relationships between parties (landowners, local authority, tenants, funders and banks).
- Experience in supporting meaningful and inclusive community engagement processes on complex development schemes.
- Undertaking management in a variety of scheme proposals including sustainable tourism, commercial & residential developments.
